Thank you for choosing Serenlilly Wedding & Event Hire we require a completed booking form to formally request to use our services. Please note all bookings are subject to accepting our terms and conditions of hire which can be found here.
When you have submitted this form we will send you an invoice for a 20% deposit to secure your date and hire items. The final payment and security deposit is payable no later than 30 days prior to your event along with confirmation of details of your hire requirements and number requirements. We accept payment via bank transfer.
