Due to the high demand of our products and services we recommend booking in with us as soon as you have booked your venue to avoid disappointment. Last minute bookings are welcome subject to availability.
Initially, you will need to fill out the enquiry form on the contact page.
Once we have received this, Shirley will contact you to arrange a convenient date and time discuss all of your requirements.
Once you have decided which decorative items you would like to hire we will ask you to complete and submit a booking form. When we have received your form an invoice will be sent to you for a 20% deposit to secure your date and decorative hire items. The remaining balance is due to be paid four weeks before your wedding/event.
We accept baccs transfer and credit card payments, We also accept payments in installments.
You are more than welcome to add any additional items to your booking up until the final invoice is sent out providing that they are available.
We cover London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey.
Our canopy blossom trees are 3.2 meters in height and the forked blossom trees are 2.7 meters.
Once the trees have been assembled and secured they cannot be moved by anybody other than a member of Serenlilly Wedding & Event Hire.
We offer a DIY service on certain items only with a minimum order of £100. You can either collect the items from us and return them after your wedding/event, or we can deliver and collect from your chosen location a delivery fee applies. In addition to the hire price a refundable security deposit is required which is returned to you within seven days after your wedding/event providing the items are returned in a satisfactory condition.
